Any person receiving a notice of violation may appeal the determination of the Storm Water Manager. The notice of appeal must be mailed to the Clerk of the Municipal Court and post marked within 14 days from the date of the notice of violation. A hearing on the appeal before the Municipal Court shall take place no less than three nor more than 14 days from the date of receipt of the notice of appeal. Written notice of the hearing shall be sent to the parties by the Clerk of the Municipal Court.
