1018.01 PURPOSE; TITLE.
   The purpose of this chapter is to establish a Municipal Arborist, a Citizens Tree Commission and a Municipal Tree Ordinance for the orderly planting, maintaining, care and preservation of trees, shrubs and hedges in the public ways and on all City property.
   This chapter shall be known as the Avon Lake Municipal Tree Ordinance.
