(a) No person shall purposely or recklessly throw, shoot, cast or sling by hand or by means of a slingshot, bow and arrow, air gun or otherwise, any stone, arrow, pellet or other missile.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be subject to the penalty provided in Section 698.02.
