(a) No person who manages or otherwise controls the use of any building, structure, office, room or other enclosed area subject to the restrictions of this chapter shall fail to comply with its provisions.
(b) No person shall smoke in any area restricted by the provisions of this chapter.
(c) Whoever violates any provision of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor and shall be subject to the provisions of Section 698.02. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
