454.10 PARKING INFRACTION FINES.

Fines for parking infractions shall be as follows:

(a) Ten dollars ($10.00), if paid at the Parking Violations Bureau within forty-eight hours of the infraction.

(b) Twenty dollars ($20.00), if paid at the Parking Violations Bureau within seventy-two hours of the infraction.

(c) Two-hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) for parking in designated disabled parking locations in violation of Codified Ordinance Section 452.04(f).
