The Clerk of the Avon Lake Municipal Court shall, effective July 1, 1993, include a fee of five dollars ($5.00) in its schedule of fees and costs on the filing of each cause of action, and on the docketing and indexing of each aid in execution filed that is equivalent to one described in Ohio R.C. 2903.20(A), (Q) or (T), which fee shall be deposited into the Municipal Court Computer Fund pursuant to Section 298.02.
