298.01 CLERK.

(a) The position of Clerk of the Municipal Court is hereby established in the City service.

(b) The written specifications of the responsibilities and duties applicable to the position of Clerk of the Municipal Court, as prepared and recommended by the Job Evaluation Committee, are hereby approved and adopted.
