There is hereby established in and for the City a City Records Commission. Such Commission shall be composed of four persons, one of whom shall be the Mayor or his or her designated representative, who shall act as Chairperson of the Commission, one of whom shall be the Director of Finance, one of whom shall be the Director of Law and one of whom shall be a resident representative appointed by the Mayor. Such Commission shall appoint its own Secretary, who may or may not be a member of the Commission, and shall provide for its own rules and regulations.
