The Recreation Director shall submit to the Recreation Commission, the Mayor and Council detailed monthly statements showing expenditures, receipts and other pertinent financial information, with separate statements pertaining to the operation of the City's swimming pool. He or she shall also keep and make available to the Commission, the Mayor and Council all records and reports relative to registration, business and finance, capital expenditures and administrative actions.
