246.02  REIMBURSEMENT OF HEALTH INSURANCE COST TO DIRECTOR.
   The City shall reimburse the Director of Utilities, upon retirement, the cost of health insurance coverage for said retired employee's spouse which was paid by said retired employee to the Public Employees Retirement System of Ohio for such coverage, upon written proof of payment of same and evidence of coverage issued by and through the Public Employees Retirement System of Ohio.  For purposes of this section, "retired employee" means any City employee who is or was a member of the Public Employees Retirement System of Ohio who retires and is receiving a monthly allowance as provided in Ohio R.C. 145.32, 145.33 and 145.34 as presently enacted.
