(a) In the event of any call-in to the Superintendent of Distribution, the Equipment Maintenance Supervisor, the Water Plant Superintendent, the Waste Treatment Plant Superintendent, or the Cashier-Bookkeeper in the Utilities Department, for the purposes of working overtime, it is agreed that a minimum of three hours of pay at the overtime pay rate of one and one-half times the basic hourly rate shall be paid to those employees who respond to such call-in, regardless of whether or not a full three hours is worked on such call-in order.
(b) If the Superintendent of Distribution, the Equipment Maintenance Supervisor, the Water Plant Superintendent, the Waste Treatment Plant Superintendent or the Cashier-Bookkeeper in the Utilities Department is called in to work overtime on a Sunday or a paid holiday, he or she shall be paid at the rate of two times his or her basic hourly rate.
