Any police officer or member of the Police Department who is officially summoned and requested by the Municipal Court or any court of record for testimony during nonduty hours shall be entitled to a minimum of four hours regular compensation at a rate equal to his or her regular hourly rate. The Director of Finance shall provide for the necessary procedure in the administration of such compensation.
