220.25 AMENDMENT OF THE RULES.

(a) The rules contained in this chapter may be amended or new rules adopted by a two-thirds vote of Council at any regular or special meeting.

(b) All amendments or new rules adopted by Council shall be attached to this chapter, together with the effective date of the same.
