The Mayor, the Director of Law, the Public Works Director, the Director of Finance and the Clerk of Council shall be seated at the Council table at designated positions and shall attend all meetings of Council unless excused. Their attendance shall be recorded in the initial roll call taken for attendance purposesand they shall be entitled to speak on matters affecting their respective departments.
