The Folger Home is managed by Heritage Avon Lake which is a 501c3 and is responsible for facility renovations. Three hour minimum rental time will be charged for all weekday rentals. All setup and cleanup time must be included in the charged rental time. Non-profit organizations must provide non-profit documentation.
