The Fourth Ward shall contain the territory bounded and described as follows:
Commencing at a point representing the intersection of the western municipal corporate boundary line of the City of Avon Lake, which line also is the eastern municipal corporate boundary line of the City of Sheffield Lake, and the southern shoreline of Lake Erie, which over time may change; thence basically northeasterly along the southern shoreline of Lake Erie to a point representing the intersection of the centerline of Edgewood Drive and the southern shoreline of Lake Erie; thence southerly along the centerline of Edgewood Drive to a point representing the intersection of the centerlines of Edgewood Drive and Lake Road (State Route 6); thence northeasterly along the centerline of Lake Road to a point representing the intersection of the centerlines of Curtis Drive and Lake Road; thence southerly along the centerline of Curtis Drive to a point representing the intersection of the centerlines of Curtis Drive and Electric Boulevard; thence northeasterly along the centerline of Electric Boulevard to a point representing the intersection of the centerlines of Crestwood Drive and Electric Boulevard; thence southerly along the centerline of Crestwood Drive to a point representing the intersection of the centerlines of Crestwood Drive and Redwood Boulevard; thence easterly along the centerline of Redwood Boulevard to a point representing the intersection of the centerlines of Inwood Boulevard and Redwood Boulevard; thence southerly along the centerline of Inwood Boulevard to a point representing the intersection of the centerlines of Inwood Boulevard and Hill Ditch; thence basically southerly along the centerline of Hill Ditch to a point representing the intersection of Hill Ditch and Walker Road; thence easterly along the centerline of Walker Road to a point representing the intersection of the centerlines of Avon Belden Road (State Route 83) and Walker Road; thence southerly along the centerline of Avon Belden Road to a point representing the intersection of Avon Belden Road and the southern right-of-way line of the Norfolk & Southern Railway, which line also is the southern municipal corporate boundary line of the City of Avon Lake; thence westerly along said dual boundary line to a point representing the intersection of the western municipal corporate boundary line of the City of Avon Lake, which line also is the eastern municipal corporate boundary line of the Village of Sheffield, and said dual boundary line; thence northerly along said dual municipal corporate boundary line, which line also becomes the eastern municipal corporate boundary line of the City of Sheffield Lake at a point approximately 3,950' from the previous point to a point representing the intersection of said dual municipal corporate boundary line and the southern shoreline of Lake Erie, which point also is the point of beginning.
