206.03 SECOND WARD.
   The Second Ward shall contain the territory bounded and described as follows:
   Commencing at the intersection of a point in "Block B" within the platted boundary of Woodhaven Beach Subdivision No. 1, as originally recorded in 1923, located approximately 7 degrees east to the centerline of Rice Park Drive and the southern shoreline of Lake Erie, which over time may change; thence southwesterly in a straight line through "Block B" of said platted subdivision approximately 100' to a point representing the intersection of the centerline of Rice Park Drive and the southernmost boundary line of said "Block B"; thence southerly along the centerline of Rice Park Drive to a point representing the intersection of the centerlines of Rice Park Drive and Lake Road (State Route 6); thence easterly along the centerline of Lake Road to a point representing the intersection of the centerlines of Herrmann Drive and Lake Road; thence southerly along the centerline of Herrmann Drive to a point representing the intersection of the centerlines of Herrmann Drive and Electric Boulevard; thence easterly along the centerline of Electric Boulevard to a point representing the intersection of the centerlines of Armour Road and Electric Boulevard, thence southerly along the centerline of Armour Road to a point representing the intersection of the centerlines of Armour Road and Walker Road; thence westerly along the centerline of Walker Road to a point representing the intersection of the centerlines of Avon Belden Road (State Route 83) and Walker Road; thence southerly along the centerline of Avon Belden Road to a point representing the intersection of the centerline of Avon Belden Road and the southern right-of-way line of the Norfolk & Southern Railway, which line also is the southern municipal corporate boundary line of the City of Avon Lake; thence easterly along said dual boundary line to a point representing the intersection of the centerline of Lear Road and said dual boundary line; thence northerly along the centerline of Lear Road to a point representing the intersection of the centerlines of Lear Road and Walker Road; thence westerly along the centerline of Walker Road to a point representing the intersection of the centerlines of Jaycox Road and Walker Road; thence northerly along the centerline of Jaycox Road to a point representing the intersection of the centerlines of Jaycox Road and Woodfield Drive; thence easterly along the centerline of Woodfield Drive to a point representing the intersection of the centerlines of Williamsburg Drive, south and Woodfield Drive; thence northerly along the centerline of Williamsburg Drive, south to a point representing the intersection of the centerlines of Williamsburg Drive, south and Division Road; thence easterly along the centerline of Division Road to a point representing the intersection of the centerlines of Williamsburg Drive, north and Division Road; thence northerly along the centerline of Williamsburg Drive, north to a point representing the intersection of the centerlines of Williamsburg Drive, north and Electric Boulevard; thence westerly along the centerline of Electric Boulevard to a point representing the intersection of the centerlines of Beck Road and Electric Boulevard; thence northerly along the centerline of Beck Road to a point representing the intersection of the centerlines of Beck Road and Lake Road (State Route 6); thence southeasterly along the centerline of Lake Road to a point representing the intersection of the centerlines of Coveland Drive and Lake Road; thence northerly along the centerline of Coveland Drive approximately 200' to a point where the centerline of Coveland Drive intersects with the southern boundary line of "Block A" within the platted boundary of Glen Arden Beach Subdivision, as originally recorded in 1924; thence northwesterly approximately 100' through "Block A" of said platted subdivision, specifically through that portion of "Block A" encumbered by easement to the City of Avon Lake for storm water drainage, to a point representing the intersection of the easternmost point of said "Block A" and the southern shoreline of Lake Erie, which over time may change; thence basically northwesterly along the southern shoreline of Lake Erie to the point of beginning.
