(a) The following pictured emblem is hereby adopted as the emblem to appear with the name of the City and the designation of the City official as the official seal of the City of Avon Lake:
(b) The seal shall be used by the Mayor, the Clerk of Council, and any other Municipal official requiring a seal and shall be affixed where necessary to all transcripts, orders, certificates and other papers requiring authentication or to represent the City in official documents, the Internet, or on public assets.
