GENERAL PROVISIONS
It shall be unlawful for any persons engaged in the business, occupation or activity of hawking, peddling, selling, trading or offering to sell or trade any goods, wares, merchandise or chattels of any description, including farm products, fruit and other staples of food, to park their conveyances or to erect a temporary place of business, for the purpose of engaging in the business, occupation or activity, upon any street within the Business District of the city.
