§ 112.20  PAYMENT OF LICENSE TAX AS PRECONDITION TO LICENSE.
   No license to carry out any business, occupation or activity as an itinerant merchant, transient merchant or itinerant vendor within the city shall be issued unless and until the applicant therefor shall pay, to the City Clerk, a license tax in an amount set by resolution of the City Council.
