6-1-3: APPROVAL OF MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION:
The city council shall approve all labor used in the maintenance and operation of the cemetery. All maintenance, construction, landscaping and monument setting shall be done only under supervision of the city maintenance department. (Ord. 262, 6-14-2005)
