6-1-1: PURPOSE:

It is hereby determined and declared to be necessary and conducive to and for the protection, health, safety and welfare of the public and inhabitants of the city to hire and control all labor used in maintenance and operation of the Mountain View Cemetery. (Ord. 262, 6-14-2005)
