§ 120.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person who violates any provision of this chapter, for which another penalty is not provided, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than $500 or imprisoned not more than 12 months, or both. Each day a violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense and shall be punishable as such.
    (B)   Any person, firm or corporation who violates any provisions of §§ 120.65 through 120.75 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not less than $10 nor more than $100, or imprisoned not more than 50 days, or both. Each day any violation continues shall be deemed a separate offense.
   (C)   Any person, business or entity who violates any of the provisions of §§ 120.85 through 120.86 shall, upon conviction, be fined not less than $50 nor more than any stated amount provided in KRS 534.040(2)(c). Each day of violation after notification shall constitute a separate offense.
