For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
FOOD SERVICE. Includes an business, including temporary and mobile food operations, or any other entity engaged in the handling of raw meat and raw vegetables, the preparation of and the service for consumption of food by the public, e.g., restaurants, grocery meat and produce departments, school and hospital cafeterias, caterers, banquet facilities, nursing home kitchens and other similar businesses/enterprises.
