905.06 SPECIFICATIONS.
   All work performed under this chapter shall be subject to the approval of the City Engineer. (Ord. 4122. Passed 12-2-57.)
905.07 MODIFICATION OF PROVISIONS.
   In any case where the strict application of the provisions of this chapter shall work a hardship or shall be deemed unreasonable under the circumstances, special permits may be granted by resolution of Council. (Ord. 4122. Passed 12-2-57.)
905.99 PENALTY.
   Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00), and shall be liable to a further fine of ten dollars ($10.00) per day for each day such violation continues after notification by the Mayor to correct the violation so as to comply with this chapter.
