SCHEDULE I. NO PARKING ZONES.
   In accordance with the provisions of § 71.04(C), the following streets are hereby designated as no parking zones, to-wit:

SCHEDULE III. HANDICAPPED PARKING ZONES.
   (A)   Generally. In accordance with the provisions of § 71.05(E), the following streets and areas are hereby designated as handicapped parking spaces, to-wit:

   (B)   Handicapped child signs. In accordance with the provisions of § 70.24, the following streets and areas are hereby designated as handicapped child areas.

Corner of 250 East Elm Street and North Short Street
The driver of a vehicle approaching a "Handicapped Child Area" sign, in obedience to that sign, shall slow down to a speed reasonable for the existing conditions and if required for safety to stop. After slowing or stopping, the driver shall proceed with caution if there is no immediate hazard.
