   72.01   Operation

§ 72.01 OPERATION.
   Snowmobiles as defined and regulated by ILCS Ch. 625, Act 40, §§ 1-1 et seq. may be operated on all village streets and highways under village control and jurisdiction.

§ 72.02 REGULATION.
   All snowmobiles shall be operated and licensed in accordance with all state statutes and regulations in effect from time to time including, but not limited to, those regulations promulgated by the State Department of Conservation.
