(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) (1) Any person, firm, or corporation who violates any provision of §§ 113.01 through 113.10 of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be punished with a minimum fine of $25 and a maximum fine of $1,000, in addition to costs. A separate violation shall be deemed committed upon each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.

(C) (1) Whoever shall violate or fail to comply with any of the provisions of §§ 113.25 through 113.30 of this chapter, or shall violate or fail to comply with any order or regulation made hereunder, shall be fined not less than $5, nor more than $2,500. The payment of a penalty shall not excuse the violation or permit it to continue, nor shall such payment be held to prevent the enforced correction of the prohibited conditions by legal and injunctive remedies. A separate offense shall be deemed committed upon each day during or on which such violation occurs or continues.
(2) In addition to the penalty provided in division (C)(1) above, any person, including the owner or occupant of real estate, who maintain, operate, permit or conduct a junkyard or a vehicle graveyard without a valid license, as required by § 113.27(A) of this chapter, shall be guilty of keeping and maintaining a nuisance, in violation of §§ 92.01 through 92.12 of this code of ordinances, and if found guilty of keeping and maintaining a nuisance under §§ 92.01 through 92.12 of this code of ordinances, the person or party shall be subject to all of the penalties contained in § 92.99 of this code of ordinances, in addition to any penalty which may be imposed by §§ 113.25 through 113.30 of this chapter for a violation of its terms and conditions.
