§ 92.01  AUTHORITY.
   This subchapter is made by the Town Council pursuant to the authority granted it by I.C. 36-1-6-2, 36-1-6-4, 36-8-2-4, 36-8-2-10, 36-5-2-9, 36-5-4-11 and 36-8-2-8.
