Any person, firm, corporation or other entity currently in the business of maintaining junk yards, junk dealers and vehicle graveyards in the town on the date of the passage of this subchapter shall, within 60 days from the date of passage, comply with each and every term, provision and condition, including the licensing provision, contained herein, and the Clerk-Treasurer shall send a copy of this subchapter along with an application for a license, by first class mail, to those persons, firms, corporations or other entities which are currently engaged in the business activity or operation covered by this subchapter. Any person, firm or corporation currently engaged in the businesses described herein, and who do not comply with each and every term of this subchapter within 60 days from the date of its passage shall be subject to the penalties set forth in § 113.99 of this chapter.
