ARTICLE 33: SPECIFIC PLANS
§ 9-5.3301 PURPOSE.
   It is the intent of the city, from time to time, to adopt specific plans pursuant to the authority contained in Cal. Gov't Code §§ 65450 through 65553 and successor legislation. Such Specific Plans shall provide for the systematic execution of the General Plan and contain those regulations necessary for that purpose. Any Specific Plan adopted pursuant to this chapter shall have the force of law as provided for in the California Government Code.

§ 9-5.3302 PROCEDURE FOR ADOPTION.
   The procedures established in Cal. Gov't Code §§ 65090, 65094 through 65095, and 65453 shall be used in considering, adopting, and amending any specific plan.

§ 9-5.3303 EAST ANTIOCH SPECIFIC PLAN.
   The procedures for adoption specified in Cal. Gov't Code §§ 65500 through 65507 having been followed, the East Antioch Specific Plan, dated March 4, 1981, is hereby adopted. The City Clerk and the Community Development Department shall maintain copies of such Specific Plan and make it available for inspection by the public. The City Clerk shall maintain the original of the Specific Plan and endorse it with the City Seal. Any item governed by Chapter 5 of this title but not regulated in the East Antioch Specific Plan shall continue to be subject to the provisions of said Chapter 5.

§ 9-5.3304 HILLCREST CORRIDOR SPECIFIC PLAN.
   The procedures for adoption specified in Cal. Gov't Code §§ 65500 through 65507 having been followed, the Specific Plan for Hillcrest Corridor, Chapters 1, 3, 5, and 6 (Subarea I) dated August, 1981, is hereby adopted. The City Clerk and the Community Development Department shall maintain copies of such specific plan and make it available for inspection by the public. The City Clerk shall maintain the original of the Specific Plan and endorse it with the City Seal. Any item governed by Chapter 5 of this title but not regulated in the Hillcrest Corridor Specific Plan shall continue to be subject to the provisions of said Chapter 5.

§ 9-5.3305 SOUTHEAST AREA SPECIFIC PLAN.
   (A)   The procedures for adoption specified in Cal. Gov't Code §§ 65500 through 65507 having been followed, the Southeast Area Specific Plan (SP-3) is hereby adopted as follows: the adoption of the Specific Plan maps, policies, and standards as found in Report 2B: General Plan/Specific Plan Study for Southeast Antioch (Subarea II), October 1981, with the following modifications:
      (1)   The attachment of the designation of Planned Office/Business Center (PDC) in place of the Office Commercial (OC) designation to the Dobrich property east of Lone Tree Way; the Prewett property at the northwest corner of Deer Valley and Lone Tree Way; and the Office Commercial area south of Lone Tree Way, east and west of Hillcrest Avenue;
      (2)   The deletion of the Neighborhood Commercial (NC) designation on the Bren property north of Lone Tree Way; and
      (3)   The editing corrections to be made by the staff.
   (B)   The City Clerk and the Community Development Department shall maintain copies of such Specific Plan and make it available for inspec-tion by the public. The City Clerk shall maintain the original of the Specific Plan and endorse it with the City Seal. Any item governed by Chapter 5 of this title but not regulated in the Southeast Area Specific Plan shall continue to be subject to the provisions of said Chapter 5.

§ 9-5.3306 EAST LONE TREE SPECIFIC PLAN.
   The procedures for adoption specified in Cal. Gov't Code § 65453 having been followed, the Specific Plan for East Lone Tree, Volumes 1 and 2, May 1996, is hereby adopted. The City Clerk and the Community Development Department shall maintain copies of such Specific Plan and make it available for inspection by the public. The City Clerk shall maintain the original of the Specific Plan and endorse it with the City Seal. Any item governed by Chapter 5 of this title but not regulated in the Lone Tree Specific Plan shall continue to be subject to the provisions of said Chapter 5.

§ 9-5.3307 EAST 18TH STREET SPECIFIC PLAN.
   The procedures for adoption specified in Cal. Gov't Code § 65453 having been followed, the Specific Plan for East 18th Street is hereby approved. The City Clerk and the Community Development Department shall maintain copies of such Specific Plan and make it available for inspection by the public. The City Clerk shall maintain the original of the Specific Plan and endorse it with the City Seal. Any item governed by Chapter 5 of this title but not regulated in the East 18th Street Specific Plan shall continue to be subject to the provisions of said Chapter 5.

§ 9-5.3308 HILLCREST STATION AREA SPECIFIC PLAN.
   The procedures for adoption specified in Cal. Gov't Code § 65453 having been followed, the Specific Plan for the Hillcrest Station Area Specific Plan is hereby approved. The City Clerk and the Community Development Department shall maintain copies of the Specific Plan and make it available for inspection by the public. The City Clerk shall maintain the original of the Specific Plan and endorse it with the City Seal. Any item governed by Chapter 5 of this title but not regulated in the Hillcrest Station Area Specific Plan shall continue to be subject to the provisions of Chapter 5.
