The official plan lines for East Eighteenth Street from A Street to Hillcrest Avenue as designated and delineated on that certain map entitled “Official Plan Line Map No. 3,” are hereby adopted by reference and incorporated as if set out at length herein. Copies of the map are available for public inspection in the office of the City Clerk.
