§ 12-4-103. Injunctive relief.
   The Chief may request the Office of Law to seek a temporary restraining order and other relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to correct a condition by which the actions of an animal, or the actions or inactions of the owner of the animal, cause a substantial and immediate danger to a human being or to property.
