§ 91.106 LICENSE TAG TRANSFER.
   If the ownership of a dog which is currently licensed under this Dog Control Ordinance changes, the new owner shall, within 30 days, obtain from the County a transfer of the license tag upon payment of the required fee, as specified by Board order.
