   94.01   Establishment and funding
§ 94.01 ESTABLISHMENT AND FUNDING.
   (A)   A public library is hereby established pursuant to ORS 357.405 through 357.621.
   (B)   Funding for the operation of the public library is to be financed by the General Fund of the City.
