§ 91.056 RELATION TO OTHER LAWS.
   Except as expressly provided herein, this Dog Control Ordinance shall not be a substitute for or eliminate the necessity of conforming with all state and federal laws, rules, and regulations, and any other ordinances which are now, or may in the future, be in effect relating to the requirements of this Dog Control Ordinance.
