Every building other than a dwelling in an agricultural, residential, parking, or office district shall be subject to the requirements for one-family dwellings set forth in § 20.50, except as provided in §§ 50.0001 through 50.8200 for specified nonresidential uses in residential districts and as provided in §§ 60.01 through 60.90 for certain utility facilities.
