§ 50.8200. FARM MACHINERY STORAGE IN RESIDENTIAL, PARKING, AND OFFICE DISTRICTS.
   (A)   Storage permitted. The resident of a dwelling in an R, P, or O district may store on the premises of such dwelling the following farm machinery, subject to the conditions set forth in subsection (B) below: cultivators, farm tractors, fertilizing machinery, field type rotary tillers, harrows, loaders (farm type, general utility), mowers, planting machines, plows, hay rakes, rotary hoes, seeders, weeding machines, and windrowers.

   (B)   Conditions. The storage on residential premises of the farm machinery specified in subsection (A) above shall be subject to the following conditions.
      (1)   Such machinery shall be owned or rented by the resident of the dwelling for his or her own use on a farm and shall not be stored for commercial purposes, including sale, rental, repair, or warehousing.
      (2)   Such machinery shall not be stored except in a garage or carport or behind the nearest portion of a building to a street, or screened from streets and other properties in an R, P, or O district, subject to § 60.60.
