CHAPTER 15.02: ADMINISTRATION
Section
   15.02.010   Authority to administer title
§ 15.02.010 AUTHORITY TO ADMINISTER TITLE.
   (A)   Wherever hereinafter in this Title XV the words "Director of Public Works", "Director of Public Services" and "Superintendent of the Water Department" are used, the words "Director of Utilities" shall be substituted in lieu thereof.
   (B)   Wherever hereinafter in this Title XV the words "Water Division of the Department of Public Services" and "Water Department" are used, the words "Utilities Department" shall be substituted in lieu thereof.
