Any person desiring to keep, store or transport any quantity of liquefied hydrocyanic acid within the city shall first make written application for a permit as required by the preceding section to the Health Officer of the city. The written application shall contain the name of the person desiring to keep store or transport liquefied hydrocyanic acid shall state the quantity desired to be kept, stored or transported; shall state the place at which it is desired to store or keep the same, or the place to which, or the points between which it is desired to transport the same, and each such application shall be signed by the person making the application.

The keeping or storage of any quantity of liquefied hydrocyanic acid within a distance of 200 feet of any schoolhouse, schoolyard, public park, public playground or church, or within 50 feet of any residence or dwelling within the city is hereby prohibited; provided, however, that sufficient liquefied hydrocyanic acid necessary to fumigate trees or shrubs within such prohibited distances may be kept within such distances during the actual progress of such fumigation.

The manufacture of liquefied hydrocyanic acid within the city is hereby prohibited.

All liquefied hydrocyanic acid within the city shall be kept at a temperature of not exceeding 75° F.

Any person engaged in the business of fumi-gating within the city shall maintain at a designated place, suitable storage facilities where all liquefied hydrocyanic acid used by such person shall be kept when not in actual use for the purpose of fumigation or in the course of transportation. Such storage facilities shall be of a kind and at a place approved by the Health Officer.

No liquefied hydrocyanic acid shall be kept in storage within the city for a period to exceed two weeks. Not more than 100 gallons of liquefied hydro-cyanic acid shall be kept in storage at any place at any time.
