§ 6.12.010 PERMIT REQUIRED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to keep, store, transport or have in his possession or to permit to be kept, stored or transported within the city any quantity of liquefied hydrocyanic acid except as provided by the terms of this chapter and without first having obtained a permit to do so.
