§ 90.999 PENALTY.
   (A)   Whoever violates any provisions of this chapter for which another penalty is not already herein provided shall be subject to a penalty based on current state-approved amounts and/or as set by City Council from time to time for every day that a person remains in violation plus court costs and reasonable attorney fees if the city has to resort to judicial collection of such fees and expenses. Any circuit court located in the county shall have jurisdiction to enforce the provisions of this chapter.
   (B)   If the owner of a vicious animal fails to comply with the provisions of §§ 90.080 through 90.088, he or she shall be subject to a fine per day based on current state-approved amounts and/or as set by City Council from time to time for each violation.
   (C)   In addition to the provisions of § 90.087(A), the owner of the vicious animal shall pay a fine per day per animal based on current state-approved amounts and/or as set by City Council from time to time.
   (D)   In addition to the provisions of § 90.087(B), the owner of the vicious animal shall pay a fine per day per animal based on current state-approved amounts and/or as set by City Council from time to time.
   (E)   In addition to the provisions of § 90.087(C), the owner of the vicious animal shall pay a fine per day per animal based on current state-approved amounts and/or as set by City Council from time to time and reimburse the city for any other expenses associated with the animal.
   (F)   A person who violates any provision of §§ 90.100 through 90.104 shall be imposed a fine based on current state-approved amounts and/or as set by City Council from time to time. Subsequent or continued violations will result in the caretaker’s removal from management of the managed colony.
