§ 90.100 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this subchapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   COLONY. A group of one or more free-roaming cats, whether managed or unmanaged.
   COLONY CARETAKER. A person who provides food, water, and shelter to free-roaming cats in a managed colony.
   FREE-ROAMING CAT. Any homeless, stray, wild, or untamed cat.
   MANAGED COLONY. A colony of free-roaming cats that is registered with the Animal Care and Control Division or its designee and is maintained by a colony caretaker using a trap-neuter-return method.
