§ 73.99 PENALTY.

   (A)   Any person convicted of violating any of the provisions of this chapter for which no other penalty is set forth shall be subject to the provisions of § 10.99.

   (B)   Any person convicted of violating any provision of §§ 73.02 and 73.07 shall be fined not more than a rate based on current state-approved amounts and/or as set by City Council from time to time plus court costs. In addition, the bicycle of any person who violates any provision of said sections may be impounded for not more than 30 days.

   (C)   (1)   Any person who violates §§ 73.40 through 73.48 shall be fined in accordance with rates based on current state-approved amounts and/or as set by City Council from time to time.

      (2)   Monies collected for a violation of §§ 73.40 through 73.48 shall be deposited into the city’s General Operating Fund pursuant to I.C. 9-21-1-3.3.
