§ 73.02 APPLICATION OF BICYCLE REGULATIONS.
   (A)   No person having custody or responsibility of or for any minor shall permit that minor to violate any provision of this subchapter.
   (B)   The provisions of this subchapter shall apply to any bicycle operated upon any street or upon any path set aside for the exclusive use of bicycles, subject to those exceptions stated in this subchapter.
