§ 73.48 PRIOR ORDINANCES; CONFLICT.
   (A)   Prior ordinances repealed. Any ordinances previously adopted by the city are hereby repealed in their entirety and replaced by this subchapter.
   (B)   Conflict with state law. No provision of this subchapter is intended to conflict with or supersede state law.
