§ 30.02 BIANNUAL ELECTIONS AND TERMS OF OFFICE.
   Pursuant and in accordance with M.S. § 205.07, as it may be amended from time to time, the general election for the city shall be held biannually on the first Tuesday after the first Monday of November of each odd-numbered year. The terms of the Council members shall be four years, with the term of the office of the Mayor to be two years.
