Regular meetings of the Council shall be held once a month at a time established by resolution of the Council at the organizational meeting in January of each year. The place of the meeting shall be in the Council Chambers in the City Hall unless otherwise designated by action of the Council. Special and adjourned meetings shall also be held in the Council Chambers. In the event that any regular meeting falls on a holiday, then the meeting shall be held on an alternate date to be set by the Council.
