§ 73.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 70.99 of this traffic code.
   (B)   Any violation of § 73.09 of this chapter constitutes an infraction punishable by a fine of $100 per occurrence and the obstruction, be it vehicle or other personal property shall be towed away upon the request of the Fire Chief or his or her authorized representative or a police officer. The owner of such personal property shall be liable for all tow-in charges and resulting storage charges, if any.

   (C)   Any violation of §§ 73.40 through 73.44 of this chapter shall be punishable by a fine of not less than $10 and no more than $300.

   (D)   A violation of the provisions of § 73.55 of this chapter shall amount to an ordinance violation and, upon conviction of such, the violator shall be fined in the sum of $10. Each day of such violation shall constitute a new and separate offense.

   (E)   A violation of the provisions of § 73.56 of this chapter shall amount to an ordinance violation and, upon conviction of such, the violator shall be fined in the sum of $50. Each day of such violation shall constitute a new and separate offense.
