Except as otherwise provided in this chapter, it shall be unlawful for the following to park on any street or right-of-way or on town property in the town from dusk to dawn, except if the vehicle is providing a service and not merely waiting to provide a service or is making a delivery:
(A) Truck/tractors;
(B) Road tractors;
(C) Semi- and pole trailers;
(D) Garbage trucks;
(E) Tank trucks;
(F) Cement trucks;
(G) All buses, including, but not limited to, school buses and private buses;
(H) Trucks over 25 feet in length or having three or more axles;
(I) Trailers or recreational vehicles over 40 feet in length;
(J) Farm tractors and other implements of husbandry; and
(K) Construction equipment and trailers.
